About TimeNova.

Time tracking your team can trust.

TimeNova exists because of a contradiction we kept seeing: companies genuinely need to know how tracked time was spent, and the tools built to answer that are so hostile to the people being tracked that teams quietly sabotage them, and the numbers turn to noise. Surveillance produces data nobody trusts. That is a product problem, and we built the product to fix it.

What we believe

Monitoring only works when it can be read from both sides. So in TimeNova, a person using the desktop app always sees their own tracked day, with no admin switch that can take it away. Stopping the tracker is a normal act, never an accusation. A call with a quiet keyboard counts as work, because it is work. Nothing is ever keylogged, structurally: we never request the permission, so the data does not exist to be misused. And when a company promises blur or query-stripping, the promise is enforced in the machinery, not in a policy document.

What we build

Automatic time tracking, activity levels, screenshots and low-frame-rate screen recording, projects and tasks, working hours and attendance, for office, remote and hybrid teams. Two plans, $9 and $14 per user per month, with no add-ons and nothing held back for a sales call.

Where we are

TimeNova is built by a small, independent, bootstrapped team, sold worldwide, with customers' data held on managed cloud infrastructure. We are deliberately small enough that support reaches the people who build the product.

The fastest way to know us is the product itself: start a 14-day free trial, every feature on, no credit card.
