Sub-processors
TimeNova is operated by TIMENOVA AI TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in India. The services below are the only parties that touch customer data in the course of running the product. Each is used for one stated purpose and is bound by its own data protection terms.
Infrastructure

These are off unless somebody in your account turns them on, and they can be disconnected at any time.

What is not on this list
No advertising networks, no data brokers, no analytics inside the product, and no AI training. We do not sell customer data and we do not use it to train models, ours or anyone else's.
Changes
If we add a sub-processor that handles customer data, we update this page and email account owners before it goes live. To be told directly, write to team@timenova.ai and ask to be added to the notification list.
