First payment: 14-day money-back

If you subscribe and TimeNova is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No forms, no argument: email support@timenova.ai from your account owner's address.

Monthly plans

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial months.

Annual plans

The 14-day money-back window above applies to your first annual payment. After that, an annual plan runs to the end of its year; cancelling stops the next renewal.

Accidental renewals

If a plan renews that you meant to cancel, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it, provided the service was not materially used after the renewal date.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, so refunds are issued by them to your original payment method. They typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

What refunds do not change

A refund ends the subscription, but your data follows the normal rules: nothing is erased by the refund itself, and the standard 30-day post-trial erasure clock applies to accounts without a subscription, with an email warning first.
