Attendance that reads itself.

Attendance software mostly asks people to claim they arrived. TimeNova observes it: the first tracked minute is the start, the schedule says what was expected, and the difference is reported without anyone filling anything in.

What it does

• Schedules that match reality. Working hours per person or per group, each evaluated in the person's own timezone. Every account has a schedule from day one, so "no schedule" is never the reason a report is empty.
• Night shifts are one shift. A 22:00 to 06:00 schedule crossing midnight is understood as a single shift, and late or absent is computed against it correctly, which is where most tools quietly break.
• Started late, did not start. The Team view answers the two questions every manager asks at 9:15, computed from each person's own schedule, phrased to inform rather than accuse.
• Track only working hours, if you choose. On silent-agent machines, capture outside a person's schedule can be blocked at the source: the agent pauses itself and the server refuses stray samples as a backstop. The evening is off-limits by construction, not by policy.
• Leave and breaks, visible. Approved leave shows as a leave day, company breaks show as breaks on the timeline, and neither is silently mixed into worked time.
