Time tracking and productivity insights for offshore teams.

Offshore works on deliverables and dies on doubt. The doubt always has the same shape: it is 11pm where you are, 9am where they are, and you have no honest picture of whether the day has started. TimeNova's job is that picture.

How offshore teams use TimeNova

• Every day in its own timezone. A person's hours land on their calendar day, their schedule is checked against their clock, and a New York evening never becomes a Bengaluru Tuesday. Late starts and no-shows are computed per person, correctly.
• Live presence without the 11pm ping. The Today view shows who is online now and what they are working in, so "did the day start" stops being a message you send and becomes a page you glance at.
• Verified hours for cross-border pay. Tracked time with activity, apps and optional screenshots behind it, so remittance runs on evidence. Cost rates per person turn the same hours into payroll-ready figures.
• A machine that goes dark is named. If a computer that was reporting stops, the dashboard says so with the time attached, instead of quietly showing an empty row you discover a day later.
• Fairness that survives distance. The tracked person sees their own day in the app. When the only relationship is the work, monitoring that feels fair is what keeps your best people.

Rolling it out

Email invites for app users, or one automatic-tracker installer pushed to company machines, with each new installation held for your approval. Most offshore teams are fully reporting within a day.
