If you do not, your reports close until somebody picks a plan, and then they all open again at once with the closed period already in them. Your team keeps being tracked throughout and nothing is deleted until 30 days after the trial ended, with a warning email a week before.
Yes, at any time. Moving up takes effect immediately and the difference is prorated; moving down or cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. There is no contract and no exit fee. When a cancelled period ends, reports close, historical reports included, so export anything you want to keep before that date.
Max. Pro includes periodic screenshots at your chosen interval; Max adds low-frame-rate screen recording, both with on-device blur. The trial includes recording so you can judge it on your own team.
Max. Connecting Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant to TimeNova is part of the Max plan, and the trial includes it. On Pro, AI assistant connections are not available.
