Approve or deny a new computer.

When the silent agent is installed on a machine your account has not seen, the machine starts capturing but stays off your reports, your roster and your bill until you answer for it. Nothing is lost while you decide.

Where the queue lives

Settings, then Add people. The "Waiting for you" list names each computer and when it first reported. Admins are also emailed when computers are waiting, at most once an hour however large the rollout.

Approving

Approving asks one thing: whose computer is this? Type the person's name, and optionally their email if you want them to be able to sign in and see their own data. From that moment they are a normal person on the roster, their waiting-period history included, and one seat on the bill.

Denying

Deny a machine you do not recognise, a test VM, or a build box. Denial blocks it from sending anything further and erases what it recorded, screenshots included. A denied machine that reinstalls asks again; denial is about one installation, never a permanent mark.

One person, two computers

If the same person appears twice because they work from two machines, approve both and merge them from the same list: the merge moves everything onto one person and the machine keys onto them for good.

Still stuck? Email support@timenova.ai: it reaches the people who build the product, usually the same day.
