Archive vs delete a person.

When somebody leaves, you have two tools, and they answer different questions.

Archive: they left, the record stays

Archiving ends the seat: no sign-in, their devices stop posting, they leave the roster and the bill. Every second they tracked stays exactly where it was, because deleting a leaver must not rewrite last month's payroll. Archiving is reversible.

Delete: erase them

Deleting ends the seat and erases their data: samples, screenshots and recordings down to the stored files, time entries, leave and devices, and their sign-in identity if this was their only company. It asks you to type the person's name because it is not reversible. The activity log deliberately survives and records how much was erased, because a log that can be erased by the thing it witnesses is not a log.

A lost or stolen laptop

Settings, Devices lists every computer signed in through the desktop app, with a Revoke that stops it from the next moment. Revoking never deletes what was already sent. A silent-agent machine is stopped by uninstalling, or denied outright if it is still in the waiting list.
