The plans
Pro, $9 per user per month: screenshots at your chosen interval, the automatic tracker, projects, working hours, and the core reports. Max, $14 per user per month: everything in Pro plus screen recording, Activity flags, AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT, longer history and dedicated success. Annual billing gives two months free on either, which works out to $7.50 and $11.67.
What a seat is
Every person on your roster, active or pending, is a seat. Archived people are not. An automatic-tracker computer you have approved is a person, so it is a seat; a computer still waiting for approval costs nothing.
The trial

When the trial ends and no plan has been chosen, your reports close. They stay closed until somebody with billing access picks a plan, and the moment they do, every report opens again at once with the whole closed period already in it.
Three things do not stop, and they are the point. Your team keeps being tracked, on both the desktop app and the automatic tracker, so no minute of work is lost while you decide. Nothing is deleted. And the people side of the account stays open: an owner or admin can still add, remove and approve people, and whoever has billing access can still reach the Billing page to pay.
If you never come back, the account's data is erased 30 days after the trial ended, with a warning email 7 days before that.
What happens if you cancel a paid plan
You keep everything until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, the reports close in the same way, including historical reports from months you paid for. Exports run through the reports, so export what you need before the period ends. The data itself is kept for 90 days after the paid period ends and then erased; the account owner is emailed 30 days and 7 days before. Subscribing again before that date keeps everything.
