Invite your team.

There are two ways into your account, matching the two trackers: invite people to use the desktop app, or install the silent agent for them. This article is the inviting half; installing is covered in the silent agent guide.

Invite by email

Settings, Add people, "They use the app". Enter one address or paste a list; each person gets an email with their join link and the app download. An invited person lands in your account, never accidentally in a new company, and their invite can be resent with a fresh link if it went astray.

Joining by company domain

Once your company's email domain is established on the account, teammates signing up with a matching address are offered "Join your company" instead of creating something new. You choose in Settings whether joins need admin approval (the default) or happen automatically.

Roles

An invitation carries a role: admin, manager or member. Managers see their group; members see themselves; owners and admins see the company. Roles can be changed later in Settings, People.
