Screenshots, screen recording and blur.
Each person is in exactly one capture mode: screenshots on an interval, screen recording, or off. Never both at once. Admins set it per person in Settings, People.
Screenshots
Taken at the interval you choose (3, 6, 15 or 30 minutes), every display included, each labelled with its screen number. Capture pauses when the person is past their idle limit, on a break, or outside working hours where you restrict tracking.
Screen recording
Low-frame-rate video that feels like watching the day back while costing single-digit megabytes per hour. Clips are compressed on the person's machine before upload, and every display is recorded and numbered.
Blur
Blur is applied on the person's machine before anything is uploaded, so an unblurred frame never leaves it, and a frame that cannot be blurred is not uploaded at all. When the company switches blur on for everyone, no per-person setting can quietly undo it. Web addresses also lose their query strings before storage, so tokens and searches are never kept.
Who sees captures
Admins and managers per their role scope, and the person themselves, always, on the desktop app. Captures live in the Screenshots & recordings report, grouped by person in the order the day happened, and are stored for your plan's retention period, then deleted.
