What your employees see.
Monitoring goes wrong in the gap between what a company does and what its people believe it does. This page closes the gap: it is exactly what TimeNova shows the tracked person, and what it never does, written to be forwarded.

If you use the desktop app
- You see your own day, always. Hours, activity, apps, screenshots and recordings of your screen: everything the company can see about you, you can see about you. There is no admin setting that removes this.
- You start it, you stop it. Tracking begins when you press start. Stopping is normal and is never flagged as suspicious to anyone.
- Calls count as work. Sitting quietly in a meeting is classified as working, every time, not as idle.
- Breaks are honest. Company breaks show as breaks. Short pauses stay inside your worked time as honestly counted idle.
If your company uses the silent agent
On company-installed machines, tracking runs automatically on work computers, and whether you can log in to see your own data is your company's choice in Settings. What the product enforces regardless: the same no-keylogging rule, the same honest idle and meeting math, and where your company restricts tracking to working hours, capture outside your schedule is blocked at the machine itself.
What TimeNova never does, for anyone
- No keylogging. The permission is never requested; what you type is not collected.
- No secret settings changes. Every change an admin makes to capture or privacy lands in an activity log that cannot be edited.
- No stored secrets from URLs. Query strings, where tokens and searches live, are stripped before anything is stored.
- No un-blurrable capture. If your company promises blur, it happens on your machine before upload, and a frame that cannot be blurred never leaves it.
